Comprehensive Evaluation Report
The evaluations described above are customized to fit each individual’s needs. All prices and services are for reference only. Prices are subject to negotiation or can be changed without notice. The fee for each assessment will be discussed at the consultation meeting or negotiated and agreed upon prior to beginning any services.
A contract must be signed before the assessment can begin. Payment is required regardless of the results of the assessment. The report will not be provided until payment is received.
